BY AIR

The nearest airport is the Moi International Airport in Mombasa, Kenya Airways and Airkenya operate scheduled flights throughout the day between Mombasa's airport and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, there are also international flights from some European and African cities.

There is an airfield in the town of Ukunda (1 kilometer from Diani Road) where several charter companies operate flights to the Amboseli and the Maasai Mara National Reserves, transfer flights to/from Mombasa and private flights to anywhere in Kenya.

BY FERRY

Diani Beach can be reached using the Likoni ferry, which run along the sea stretch.

BY ROAD

Going down the state highway from the Tanzanian border to Mombasa, you arrive at the town of Ukunda. From Ukunda, taking the branch road towards the sea, you come to Diani Road; Diani Road runs 300 meters from the sea along 10 kilometers of coastline. Soon, you will be in Diani Beach.

BY BUS

There are many local matatus and buses (which are frequently crowded) that run every 15 minutes from Likoni Ferry.

BY TRAIN

There is an overnight train service between Nairobi and Mombasa, which operates three days a week, from Mombasa, you must use another transport to reach Diani Beach.
